In addition, we reserve the right to refuse service if an organization has any unresolved investigations, complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau or California Secretary of State, pending disciplinary actions or bar license suspensions, or for any inappropriate or egregious behavior as determined by VU Career Services. These penalties, which include the removal of job postings, can be invoked at any time, with or without explanation. The VU Career Services office adheres to the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines for defining illegal and inappropriate behavior and the NACE Principles for Professional Practice for Career Services and Employment Professionals and expects employers to do the same.
